The Fountains Hotel, which is located directly underneath the Fountains Apartments, has a restaurant. All the meals at the Fountains Restaurant are served buffet-style for the convenience of the guests. Helpful waiters are on hand to ensure that diners have all the extras they may need. Since fresh fish is close to the hearts of most Capetonian chefs, you will often find a variety of fish dishes on the menu at the Fountains Restaurant. Crisp, fresh vegetables and imaginative salads are also something the kitchen prides itself on, as well as all the little side dishes designed to tantalise the palate. The show-stopping desserts make a sweet ending to a fantastic meal and include carrot cake, chocolate cake, trifle, fresh fruit salad, and swoon-worthy crème caramel.
Breakfast
Breakfast at the Fountains Restaurant includes a tasty buffet of fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, muffins, pastries, muesli and preserves along with a choice of a traditional English fry-up, French toast or flapjacks. After all, a day of sightseeing around Cape Town requires a hearty breakfast!
Lunch
The Buffet offers a lighter selection of food at lunchtime, but it still makes for a very satisfying and tasty meal.
