Housekeeping Department

The Fountains Apartments have a dedicated housekeeping department. This department services the apartments every day, making sure that our guests enjoy cleanliness and comfort. Guests who do not want to be disturbed can simply hang the provided ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on their suite door. For guests who need to have their clothing washed, ironed or dry-cleaned, an off-site laundry is offered at an additional cost. All linen used in the hotel is made from quality cotton.

Pool

Residents of the Fountains Apartments who are in need of a cool down can access the two splash pools at the Fountains Hotel. The hotel, which is situated below the Fountains Apartments, has a small indoor pool inside the gym, as well as a slightly larger, single-lane outdoor pool which overlooks the restaurant terrace.

Gym
Although by no means large, the gym at the Fountains Hotel is adequate enough to help guests stay fit. The gym contains a small selection of equipment, including a treadmill, a weights machine and various free weights.

Conferences
The Fountains Apartments have ample accommodation for conference delegates.  That, along with the restaurant, bar facilities, safe parking and conferencing facilities all make the Fountains an ideal inner-city venue for any type of conference, big or small. Various rooms can be arranged and set-up for 20 to 250 delegates in either a u-shape, schoolroom, or cinema style format. An in-house professional conference coordinator is always on hand to advise clients.

The Fountains Apartments have all the standard equipment required for conferences, including overhead projectors. Requests for other more specialised equipment can be made to the conference coordinator. Flipcharts with markers and notepads and pens are provided free of charge. Smaller conferences and business meetings can take place in the private Apartments.
