Accessibility The hotel is located close to the on and off ramps of the N1 and N2, the two major motor ways leading in and out of the city. The harbour and Customs House is within a kilometer’s drive, as is the V&A Waterfront and the industrial area of Paardeneiland. Many head offices of international companies are within easy walking distance. Cape Town’s buzzy Long Street, with its many trendy pubs and clubs, is a few blocks away. Famous restaurants, including Riboville, Mao’s, Jardine and Caveau and those on the historical Heritage Square, are also close by. Cape Town’s Central Improvement District, which has been in operation for a few years now, has made the city centre a pleasant, clean and safe environment to walk around in, even at night, although caution – as in any city around the world, is always advisable. |
